Areas of focus of this role will include General HR Support, HR Advisory, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Health & Safety. Additionally, the role will play an integral part to the implementation and roll out of HR projects, introducing appropriate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new employees in the department.
  • Oversees the daily HR administrative and operational works.
  • Review and update policies/procedures to streamline the HR Standard Operating.
  • Procedures (SOP) and ensure the company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Well versed in payroll management and able to support HR operations.
  • Handles disciplinary cases and termination of employees in accordance with the company policy.
  • Manage manpower planning matters (on-boarding, off-boarding, restructure process).
  • Develop appropriate HR policies initiatives to increase employee engagement and attract talents as well as retention rate.
  • Conduct yearly headcount budgeting together with the internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze the trends in compensation and benefits to improve employee retention.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of working/supervisory HR experience.
  • Familiarize with HR practices and strong knowledge in local employment laws
  • Able to work under tight schedules and flexible to attend work matters if required.
  • Passionate about working in a fast paced, changing environment that has a focus on delivering results.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
