Dirty. Difficult. Dangerous

When you speak off the agriculture industry most of the time, you will get people turning away as it is not that cool compared to other economic sectors.

Based on the statistics from the Department of Statistic Malaysia, out of the 1, 541, 100 agricultural workers that were employed in 2019, 68% are domestic workers and 32% were foreign workers. It does not get much attraction from the local people as it is deemed as a 3D job (difficult, dirty and dangerous).

Using technology, farming can be made cool again. IRGA with her state of the art and enhanced technological capabilities has the potential to greatly enhance the likeability of agriculture from a non agricultural prospective.

Stay tuned for more updates!
